Yes, delivery in the UK and Ireland is free.
Unfortunately we do not accept returns of any nature due to the need to retain traceability within our supply chain. For this reason, please double-check all orders before committing to an order. Please see the “Shipping & Returns” section for more information.
In all instances, we ask that you return the product to the place of purchase. They will service you and offer the advice/support you need. If there is a defect with the product, your supplier will then get in touch with ourselves and we will look to investigate the situation. UK customers can request a credit account after their third order. We will then credit check your status and offer a suitable amount based upon the result we obtain from your credit score.

In short, yes, this is possible. We already do this for a selection of larger customers. The volumes must be significant to make a project viable so simply ask the question by contacting Customer.Service@RainbowDust.co.uk and present your ideas/suggestions. It will be forwarded to the relevant department and we will be in touch to discuss.
Yes, all resellers are free to download our images and use on your own websites to help sales. You can download individual image packs in the resource centre.
If you require images for print use, we do hold hi-res versions of all our images. These can be released by special request. Simply email your company details and what you require to Customer.Service@RainbowDust.co.uk. We will either send you a download link or email images directly to you (depending on the quantity request).
